Event Rental

Let The Benninghofen House be the backdrop for your next event. Celebrations, baby and bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, workshops and retreats, we host events for up to 30 people. In addition to our Event Rental Package, there is the option book our short term rental spaces for overnight accommodations.

Event Rental Package:

  • $495 for 4 hours, additional hours $100 per hour

  • 30 minutes early arrival for set up, event supplies can be dropped off in the days leading up to the event

  • 1-30 people

  • Use of first floor, backyard, and front porch for your event

  • Use of gas grill and outdoor refrigerator (does not include pizza oven, Argentine Grill, or smoker)

  • Tables, chairs, black or white tablecloths

  • Use of backyard/house Bluetooth speakers for music

  • Bring your own food or we can help you find a catering option for your needs

Event Add-ons:

  • 4 Short-term rental apartments to accommodate overnight guests or a retreat group - based on availability

  • Dishware rental - dishes, glasses, flatware, $75

  • Yoga session during your event (price TBD)

  • Massage sessions during your event (price TBD)

  • Use of fire pit and/or gas fireplace, $25

  • Fresh smoothies for your guests, $5 each

Our elegant and charming setting is the perfect backdrop for your special day, whether you dream of getting married outside in our lush backyard, on our wrap-around porch, or inside in one of our ornate parlors.

And as a special bonus, all of our wedding rentals include the use of our Honeymoon Suite for getting ready before the wedding, and for the wedding couple to stay in after the ceremony.

Tiny Wedding/Vow Renewal

$1,495 - November-March

$1,995 - April-October

Up to 30 people (including the wedding couple)

Includes:

  • First floor venue for 8 hours (indoor or outdoor wedding option)

  • Wedding coordinator for planning and for ceremony day

  • Option for a catered meal after the wedding. You provide your own catering. Dine in the elegant dining room or under the pergola in the lush backyard. We'll help you connect with local catering options for any budget. 

  • Tables and chairs, linens, china, silverware, glasses, and set up

  • Honeymoon suite at The Benninghofen House for getting ready before and the newlyweds to stay in the night of the wedding

Elopement

$995 - November-March

$1,295 - April-October

2 people: wedding couple

Includes:

  • First floor venue for 4 hours (indoor or outdoor wedding option)

  • Wedding coordinator for ceremony day

  • Honeymoon suite at The Benninghofen House for getting ready before and for the newlyweds to stay in the night of the wedding

  • Additional guests $50 each (up to 10 additional guests)

*Additional nights in the honeymoon suite and/or additional rental apartments for out of town guests $150 per night

Down Payment

For all events and weddings, 50% of the rental fee is due to secure your date. The remaining 50% will be collected 30 days prior to your event day. The down payment is Non-Refundable if your event is canceled within 60 days of the event.

Security Deposit

$250 will be collected 30 days prior to your event. This CANNOT be used as part of the rental payment.  Your deposit will be returned within 3 business days of your event providing there are no damages incurred during your rental.
