The Benninghofen House is excited to offer a 3 night, all-inclusive, women's wellness retreat to help you reflect, recharge, relax, and renew. Our retreat includes private accommodations in our deluxe, boutique hotel apartments, and a range of activities designed to help you slow down, turn inward, connect with your breath and the present moment, let go, and grow. 

During the weekend, guests will practice gentle, restorative yoga and meditation (beginner friendly), spend time reflecting inward and journaling, indulge in a 1-hour therapeutic massage, and have plenty of free time to do whatever makes you happy including exploring the historic Dayton Lane neighborhood and charming city of Hamilton. Throughout the weekend we'll enjoy delicious, nourishing meals and smoothies focusing on fresh, local ingredients grown in the house gardens and nearby. We’ll cook in the outdoor brick oven and offer optional dough making demonstrations (pizza and bread). Guests will take home the retreat recipes.

Thursday evening

  • Arrival and check in, make yourself at home

  • Review the weekend itinerary, introductions, journaling, intention setting

  • Gentle breathing and stretching

  • Guided relaxation in Savasana

  • Smoothies and smoothie making demonstration

Friday

  • Gentle morning yoga/meditation/ journaling

  • Yoga Nidra guided meditation in Savasana

  • Breakfast

  • Self Guided Activities/Lunch

    • Journaling

    • Meditating/stretching

    • Observing pizza dough making demonstration

    • Relaxing in the peaceful spaces of The Benninghofen House, and enjoying the delightful backyard oasis and gardens

    • Strolling around the historic Dayton Lane Neighborhood, exploring nearby shops, parks, Great Miami River walking trail, sculptures, and murals

    • Reading, napping, drawing, anything that makes you happy

  • Dinner - pizza making in the backyard brick oven

  • Gentle morning yoga/meditation/ journaling
