Town and Country Women’s Wellness Retreat
A 3-Night Restorative Escape for Mind, Body, and Soul
The Benninghofen House & Rocky Hollow | Hamilton, Ohio
August 6-9, 2026
You give so much of yourself to others—this retreat is your invitation to pause, refill, and reconnect. The Town and Country Women’s Wellness Retreat is a three-night, all-inclusive experience designed to nourish your whole being through gentle wellness practices, meaningful reflection, and a beautiful balance of town charm and country calm.
Your home base for the weekend is The Benninghofen House, a luxurious Queen Anne Victorian boutique hotel in the heart of Hamilton, Ohio. Each guest enjoys a private bedroom with a shared bath, creating a comfortable and intimate setting for rest and connection. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be encouraged to slow down, breathe deeply, and settle into a rhythm of ease.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll enjoy restorative, beginner-friendly yoga and meditation, mindful reflection and journaling, and ample free time to do exactly what you need—whether that’s soaking in the hot tub, sweating it out in the sauna, reading on the porch with a cup of tea or glass of wine, or wandering in nature at your own pace. Each guest will also receive a 1-hour professional therapeutic massage, designed to release tension and promote deep relaxation.
Friday invites you to experience the best of town life. Choose your own adventure exploring Hamilton’s vibrant arts and shopping scene—local boutiques, murals, Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park, Jungle Jim’s International Market, antique malls and thrift shops. Prefer a slower pace? Stay in and savor quiet moments at The Benninghofen House. Relax in the lush backyard with a book, bring a craft to enjoy, or create a vision board collage. The evening brings everyone together for wood-fired pizza from the outdoor brick oven, conversation, and backyard fun.
On Saturday, we head just 15 minutes away to Rocky Hollow, a private countryside homestead surrounded by woods, creeks, waterfalls, gardens, and wide-open skies. This day is devoted to nature-based wellness—forest walks, creek hikes, nature yoga, mindfulness sessions, fossil hunting, and space for exploration or stillness. Before returning to town, we’ll gather for a fresh, farm-to-table meal prepared on-site, celebrating the land and the season.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll enjoy beautiful, nourishing meals, fresh smoothies, and a smoothie-making demonstration—with recipes to take home. More than anything, you’ll be surrounded by a warm, supportive community of women, laughter, shared stories, and the kind of presence that lingers long after the weekend ends.
This retreat is your chance to return home rested, grounded, and renewed—your cup gently, beautifully full.
